Our products are designed for scrapbookers by an avid scrapbooker with a passion for design. We want to make beautiful products that will make beautiful scrapbooks and crafts, and as such we try and offer the best quality and innovative products through Cocoa Vanilla Studio.

Hi there! My name is Zoe Pearn – I’ve designed scrapbooking products and fabric lines for different companies for many years. I love it. I love my job. I love to make pretty things…
All of our products are designed by me, in my home studio on the mid-north coast of New South Wales, Australia. I have over 10 years of experience designing products for the scrapbooking and fabric industry, having worked as a product designer for major companies in both the USA and Australia.
Cocoa Vanilla Studio is my dream. For as long as I can remember, I’ve loved paper and pattern. To have had my designs used by scrapbookers and artists to preserve their stories over the years has been an honour. To be able to start my own little company is the dream that has been what has kept me going.
I am a wife. I am a mother of two. My house is chaotic. I hate vacuuming. I love scrapbooking. I wish I could sew better than I can. I love taking photos. My kids don’t love it when I take photos. I love colour. I love to laugh.
Where does the name come from? Well, truth be told, it just popped into my head one day and I liked it LOL! But it’s more than that, too. Life is never black & white. It’s bittersweet. What makes us who we are is the good, the bad, the ugly, the sweet, the sour.
We all have a story to tell, and whether it’s bitter, sweet, or somewhere in between, it’s beautiful and never ordinary. Life is short and precious and needs to be captured so that our children have stories to tell, too. So that our memories don’t fade into the humdrum of everyday life.
You deserve to make your life stories beautiful – it is my hope that Cocoa Vanilla Studio can help you do just that!
