Are you scrapping tonight? We at Top 50 will be enjoying the start of our September 'Music and Lyrics' Cyber Crop!! We will be in the chatroom from 8pm SA time tonight, enjoying some fun and games! We will also announce the cc mini challenge during the chat! Ch 1 will be up at midnight tonight, and the other three challenges will follow over the next few days! Entries are due in the gallery by midnight Sunday Sept 26th, so you have plenty of time to get the challenges done!

We will have a FREE class by Charmane Koch next monday, 20th Sept, at 8pm SA time! I'm sure it will be awesome, so you won't want to miss it!! :)

If you have some free time, make sure you check out our monthly challenges as well! They are all very different, but very easy this month! I can't wait to see what you all come up with for these challenges. They are due in the gallery by midnight sept 30th!

For anyone that hasn't already seen the news via the forum, our darling Kathie is soon stepping down from the Top 50 Design Team so we are now on the lookout for some new blood to replace her. All the details of how to apply can be viewed HERE - please note that applications are welcome until the end of the month, and we would love for everyone (even if you are new!) to have a go. Responsibilities of our new DT member will include setting a monthly & cyber crop challenge each month and in return you will get somy yummy goodies from My2Angels to play with!

Opps, it seems this blog was a little neglected last month. It was such a busy month for me and it seems for everybody else as well. The cyber crop was quite quiet, but we did get some entries for each challenge and did award prizes!!

As February draws to a close, so do our February challenges. A new month and a lot of new things happening!!

Well it is February already, and it seems January just flew by!! We have lots of new stuff going on this month. Firstly, you may have noticed our new banner at the top of the page. We ran a competition during Jan to design a new 'scrapped' banner, and this is the amazing banner that won, which was made by the very talented Chantal!! Doesn't it look Awesome!! :)

Obviously with a new month, we see some brand new monthly challenges. Check them out, there is sure to be something to inspire you!!

We have our monthly cyber crop coming up on Feb 8th, so make sure you drop in and check it out. The theme is 'Love is all Around' and the challenges and example layouts are amazing!! :)

We also have some new challenges starting this month. Firstly we will be having weekly inspirational challenges, to help get the mojo flowing!! Each week will be something different, and will hopefully help you all get some scrapping done!! You can check out the first week here!! These challenges can even be piggybacked with other challenges!! :)

We are also running a 12 weeks to better photos class to help you learn how to use the other settings on your camera besides the auto setting!! Week 1 is all about the aperture setting, and has a challenge attached!!

Happy New Year to everyone out there, we hope you had an enjoyable end to 2009 and that you aren't nursing too many nasty hangovers today! Last night we welcomed in 2010 on the forum with our own NYE party. There was a special New Years Eve Challenge posted, as well as games and live chat in our chat room. I decided that seeing as we wouldn't be having a cyber crop this month, that i would run a week of card making instead. I will be showing you all 7 different cards over 7 days that are all very easy to make and look really cool, and the best part is that you don't need all the latest fancy products to make them!! :) The first cards are up today, and i'll be showing a different style every day for the next 6 days. I hope you will drop by the forum and check the cards out and give them a go yourself!! :) You can find the christmas thread here. Dec challenges!!

Have you checked out the Dec monthly challenges on the forum?? All three of the challenges this month are very open to interpretaion, each with a christmas picture to inspire your creativity, which means you can make them as simple or as complex as you want. Give them a go, we would love to see your interpretation, and they don't need to be uploaded until Dec 31st, so you have plenty of time to have a play!! :)

Hi there, this is my first official post here as the owner of Scrapbooking Top 50!! :) Woohoo!! I will try and keep this blog up to date with the latest goings on on the forum, but i can't promise anything!! LOL!! i have enough trouble keeping my own blog up to date!! LOL!!

Well here I find myself in blog land, addictive I know, and although I promised myself I would never blog again I somehow find myself here but hey at least I can say it's more to do with Scrapbooking Top 50 than myself.

Coming up is our Christmas Treasure Hunt, and it is building up to be just as popular as our previous one. With $500 in Prizes and Products up for grabs it's going to be a very enjoyable 25 days of hunting, chatting, surfing the web, and all things scrappy!!
